You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. A return is not automatically approved and must meet the eligibility conditions below.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, intimate items that have been opened, worn or tried on may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page with your order details so we can review the issue.
